I'm Nicole Stone with the EXIT Compass Realty in Port Charlotte, FL. I was called at a young age to eventually call SW Florida home after my very first visit to my Grandparents winter home in LaBelle, FL. Visiting SW Florida yearly as a child, and now living in Charlotte County for the past 10 years has allowed me to gain a fountain of knowledge on the local area.

Coming from a background in Nursing for the past 15 years allows me a unique perspective in being able to understand client wants and needs and the ability to communicate effectively and think critically.
