A true Florida native, Cherstin Haga was born and raised right here in Port Charlotte. With fond memories of growing up in Charlotte County, she brings to the table a wealth of information about the local area: things to do, places to visit, and MUST-SEE areas to discover.
A former US Army interrogator, she earned her degree in Homeland Security/Emergency Management, graduating with honors in 2013. Always passionate and nostalgic about "old Port Charlotte," Cherstin decided to pursue her dream of helping others achieve their real estate goals. Her father, a long-time contractor and trim carpenter, instilled in her a respect for her childhood homes which has carried over to her desire to specialize in GDC houses from the 1950s-1970s, flips, investment homes, and renovations with respect to the original structure and style. If it's got terrazzo floors and jalousie windows, she is all in!
A lifelong learner, Cherstin has earned certification as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a Pricing Strategy Analyst (PSA), and is proud to be At Home with Diversity (AHWD). She also recently completed the National Association of Realtors C2EX Commitment to Excellence program.
Cherstin was a 2020 inductee to the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port Board of Realtors Leadership Academy, which has been rescheduled to 2021. Prior to the pandemic, she also volunteered as a Road to Recovery driver with the American Cancer Society.
Cherstin is an avid do-it-yourselfer and gardener, but can also be found hitting the pavement during her morning, evening, and weekend runs, kayaking the Blueway Trails, or curled up on the lanai with a cup of hot coffee and a great book. But even more than that, she loves talking real estate!

Hi my name is Lori Imes, I have lived in Punta Gorda for ten years. I am from Columbus, Ohio. I have four children from age 15 to 25 and a 1 year old granddaughter. I've lived in Charlotte County since I was five and appreciate the opportunities that our county offers to live a healthy lifestyle. Charlotte Harbor is a wonderful venue for water sports, fishing and just enjoying the natural beauties that our community provides! I grew up enjoying the Harbor and riding horses. I was introduced to competitive riding at our local horse show grounds in Punta Gorda where I participated in hunter/jumper classes. From there I went on to compete at a national scale with the American Quarter Horse Association. I was fortunate to have a highly skilled and passionate trainer and amazing horses.
