There are no signs of the Real Estate market slowing down in Charlotte County and Sarasota county, Florida!  Homes continue to get snapped up by buyers quickly because of the low inventory and low interest rates.  Sale prices have been on the rise over the last few years which creates an 'urgency' for buyers to purchase now.  In fact, if a home is priced right, there are often multiple competing offers at one time.  Snow-birds coming down to house-hunt in the cooler months will also create competition for local home-buyers.  If you're thinking of purchasing a home, there are certain benefits to buying sooner than later!  Check out the article in the Charlotte Sun from Sept 9, 2015.
